All bookings require a valid credit card to secure the appointment - please select "pay later" and the card will be verified with £0.00 , i.e. no amount charged. This is to prevent no-shows and late cancellations.

We operate a 24 hours cancellation policy. Any appointment made within 24 hours is subject to the 24 hour cancellation policy.

For pregnant women, we do not perform any treatments prior to 12 weeks. Please rebook your appointment to be carried out after 12 weeks / from 2nd trimester onwards.

If you select “any available” your booking will be allocated to any available therapists and may subject to change.
